If you have significant experience, feel free to browse the coures material and take your exam, which will take little time. If you're new to firearms, we encourage you to watch the video multiple times. Many of our experienced students complete the course in less than half an hour.
If your video has previously played, the best thing to do is close your browser(Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and try again. If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. You may also want to download the latest version of the video player you are using(Quicktime, Windows Media Player, Flash).
